Notary and Jail Marriage Services
The marriage process can be done quickly and easily and can take a couple days to a few weeks to complete depending on where the inmate is incarcerated and the policy of the facility.

The marriage ceremony is done under the same conditions as during a regular visit. As a visitor to a jail facility, you are subject to all the jail visiting rules and regulations. During the ceremony, most facilities do not allow you to touch, kiss, or exchange rings with your fiancée. The dress code is the same as during regular visiting. The inmate is not allowed to change clothes for the ceremony. Filming and pictures are strictly prohibited.

Notary and wedding officiant/minister fees vary depending on the location of the inmate and the complexity of the situation. Notary Public and marriage services can also be provided during a court appearance.
